First I applied to the job vacancy online (via LinkedIn). Secondly, I received a call to set up the first interview after aprox two weeks. The meeting was scheduled for a week after and it was vía Teams because of the Covid.

Entrevista
1 hour of skype interview, followed by 4 hours of on-site interview.
In the onsite interview there were people of HR during the first hour, then D&E and quality team members. The interview mood was very relaxed, they offer me a confortable place and the questions were very clear and accurate. The interviewers appeared quite sympathetic to me.
They gave me a very good feedback.
After 4 days I received the refusal via email, with the comment that I had no experience. Then I asked more informations about and a person (that didn't partecipate at the interview) told me that they are looking for a person with ability to influence decisions, working as "change agent". But: This is my main strenght! I'm really disappointed and suprised. It's possible that I wasn't able to communicate this point, in every case I'm very disappointed about the final result and in particular in the way that I was treated!

I was invited for 2 interviews first with co-workers and group leader. 2 rounds of 1 hour interview with technical and personal questions. Overall the interviewers are friendly and they do provide quick feedback.
