This turned out to be a formal meeting). 2 one-hour meetings with potential colleagues. That was very pleasant and informative. One 15 min skype chat with Human Resources. The offer they made was very low and 100% in the salary scale. That was not realistic and very little opportunity for growth. They refused to take an alternative offer into consideration. Salary was very low, way too low for a highly educated Master Black Belt with 15+ years experience in high tech. Other companies in the region pay much more. I think they want to benefit from their name and high tech environment. If the salary was okay I probably would have accepted their offer.
