After company expressed initial interest, I had to repeatedly contact HR to schedule interviews because either I or the position I was interviewing for wasn't high on the priority list. I eventually interviewed with several Directors and their VP. After interview with VP, HR contacted me about giving me an offer in 24-48 hrs. That offer never came and after three weeks of reaching out to HR (email and phone), they eventually informed me upper management changed certain requirements with the position after my last interview but never bothered to tell me I wasn't receiving an offer. They told me my info was being forwarded to another group but they never reached out to me either. Every Director and VP (all former AMAT) I interviewed with were respectful and inquisitive during my interviews. HR wasn't responsive and didn't appear to be well organized either.
