I applied online; within two days I was contacted for an interview. The interview was scheduled the following day. They chose a table outside the store to conduct the interview at. They (two people) asked me to sell them the shoe that was currently on their feet. They asked what three words I would use to describe myself, etc. Three days later, I was contacted, with an offer. They then emailed the offer letter to me, which I had to sign and email back. Upon acceptance of offer, they conduct a background check, I began immediately after check was completed (2weeks).
