I had an interview at which lasted around 3 hours that involved a 1 on 1 interview, a group element and a practice element on the shop floor which included taking empty boxes off shelves and organising the shelves

Can you tell me one good and bad thing about an isle in the store (you get taken to it first)
Had to interview the person next to you and ask why they want to work at Asda and what they would take to the moon and why. Then had to present it to the others
Easy and straight forward, online situational test first which is easy to follow and understand. Then in person interview which only lasted about 5-10 minutes explaining availability. Then have an induction day walking you through how the shop works and what you'll be doing.
