Easy and straight forward, online situational test first which is easy to follow and understand. Then in person interview which only lasted about 5-10 minutes explaining availability. Then have an induction day walking you through how the shop works and what you'll be doing.

A group interview where we paired up and asked had to remember 5 facts about the other person. Then went on to shop floor and cleared and tidied shelves. Overall, a very straightforward interview. Very stress free and calm.
