Technical Interview(s): Candidates who clear the online assessment are invited for technical interviews. HR Interview: This stage evaluates behavioral aspects, cultural fit, communication skills, and motivation for joining LTI. Questions may cover your background, strengths, weaknesses, and career aspirations. Final Offer: Successful candidates receive a job offer, subject to background verification and document submission.

The interview process was divided into 2 phase HR + Technical in which those who have got shortlisted from the 1st round got the opportunity to appear in interviews. The technical interview was based on the programming language which you have studied in final year.
