Based on my personal experience, this company has very questionable recruitment practices. I recently applied for a compounder role with this company on Indeed and attended an interview (where it was obvious that no one was taking me seriously, even though the hiring manager acknowledged how experienced I am). I have specific cosmetic compounding experience, which is what the job ad listed as a requirement. I also have extensive experience in other compounding environments. On top of it all, I live in the area, which the ad also explicitly emphasized that candidates should confirm works for them. However, I was somehow unsuccessful and was not viewed a suitable candidate for the role. When I asked for feedback from the person who screened my resume and scheduled the interview as to why I was unsuccessful, she told me it was because they require a candidate with mechanical experience. First of all, that was never listed as a requirement in the ad, and I was never asked about this in my interview. So why are they giving some candidates an unfair advantage over others by not asking ALL candidates about mechanical experience??? Second of all, it seems she was just trying to scramble and come up with some sort of “valid” excuse for rejecting me without remembering that my resume clearly indicates I have a college diploma in a mechanical discipline, WITH A DECADE OF WORK EXPERIENCE AS A MECHANIC (this was all on my resume). I asked her for clarification regarding why my college diploma and decade of mechanic experience wasn’t deemed adequate for the mechanical experience *suddenly* required for the role - she never replied. Because really, what could she even say? What an embarrassing flub on her part to tell me, a person with a decade of mechanical experience, that I was unsuitable because the role requires mechanical experience. It would be laughable if not for the complete unfairness of it. I should also mention that even though she said they had already hired another candidate, she was still actively reviewing resumes just the other day - Indeed shows you that information. Very questionable for her to tell me that they hired another candidate. So, just beware and read some of the other reviews about this company - maybe you can infer why I was rejected, despite being highly qualified for the job, and having the mechanical experience that the job mysteriously required all of a sudden…………….
