Entrevista
The quickest hiring process in my professional experience.
On Friday I had I call with HR, at the start of the next week a technical one, on Thursday - a final call with COO and 15 minutes after that call - an offer.
So, if you want to be the slowest person in the process - it might be a good choice :)
+ Fast processes, responses, no ghosting at any stage
+ Personalised technical interview questions, no questions that are not relevant to the position
+ Individual approach, possibility of exceptions to the rules for the comfort of employees (not really related to the interview, but these points are discussed there)
- Personally, I didn't have enough time to communicate with my immediate manager or C-level manager during the process, but I think the speed was worth it

The technical interview was really well structured. First going through the CV (which is nice because the interviewers seemed motivated to know me as a person and get a better image of me), then theoretical questions and then code challenge.
This felt really like an enjoyable discussion. The technical questions were really good and on point - about Java core and Spring concepts. The code challenge was like a Codeforces lvl A problem, which was really fun.
The interviewers were really polite and respectful and was great to discuss with them.

There were many questions, but some of them were basic questions like: what is a bean in Spring, what is an immutable class, ways of creating components in Spring, annotations, collections in Java etc.
And further discussions around that.
