I was asked to do a pre screen phone call. When I got on the phone it was very clear that they did not even read my cover letter and immediately I was questioned instead of greeted with an introduction. Was of course not short listed because of certain information which was addressed in my application along with my cover letter. Just felt like a bit of a waste of time and unfortunately instead of saying they can’t work around my current circumstances and that I won’t be moving forward, they decide to let me know they will get back to me and then ghost me? Don’t really think it’s professional coming from a recruitment company themselves.

This was an online interview. which was very structured. Question after question in segments. Tell about type questions and scenario based question. There were two interviewees. They were reading the questions to me and I was answering. They also were making notes while I was answering.

Interview was friendly and a great experience. Interviewing manager was great to talk to and made me feel comfortable. Definitely seems like a manager I'd like to work for and I'm keen to hear back in the future.
