Informal chat. The main thing is to dress nice and be personable. Hiring managers are very friendly and are evaluating your personality as much as anything else. Csr experience is a huge plus I’m sure but I didn’t have any and I charmed my way through.

Fairly easy and standard. Had a brief conversation with a senior HR member and then had another interview a week later with a Customer service manager. The interview was all behavioral questions. Pretty standard

2 rounds with HR and hiring manager. Within an hour. Once hired HR contact U to go and complete the hiring process. Have to come early and wait. Nice meeting rooms for interview.
