Simple they don't want to select you even if u clear all the rounds, they are hiring for freshers, but they expect knowledge like experience, they simply hire experience one , even if they have mentioned

ask the questions from all the fields which are not required for the profile......... and want he candidate to answer all the questions correctly......i didn`t like the criteria at all
