Introduce myself, then ask about them. Hobbies, interests, etc. Then we get into job history. It was relaxed and the interviewer, the Regional manager was very friendly. It was thorough and lasted over an hour. But by the end, I was pretty sure she would extend me an offer. Which she did the next day. I liked how she told me about her experience with the company, etc. It wasn't just a bunch of questions being fired off.
