Very relaxed and short. I would say it’s not an interview at all. Just having a chat with the manager about your roles and hours that I am available to work.

Not much of an interview process, I just recieved it after a few questions about my availablility. Once done I then did a trial shift at 5am making coffees for the first time. It was difficult at first but I got the hang of it.
