Process was pretty straight forward. Went in-person for the interview. They asked all the basic questions like what are your strengths and weaknesses, talking a little bit about yourself, etc. They also talked about the company and expectations for hiring including the 180 lb I think lifting requirement. Due to conflicting schedules, I wasn't able to go further in the hiring process but seemed like a great place to work.

Asked very few questions if any about clinical knowledge. This was an easy interview with two of the individuals on the hiring team. The interview was entirely over the phone and I was offered the job on the spot.
