I had applied online and the recruiter reached out to me in a week for a introductory phone call. She explained about the role and asked me about my interest in the role. This was more of a friendly intro call. Second zoom video call was setup in the next week with her again. This call was more about the benefits, desired salary and some behavorial questions. I tried to reach out for further process in the next week but got no reply for about two weeks. Then, she emailed me that they are unable to take any decision about the role and would get back to me within a week. Sadly, next week I received a follow up email with rejection. I was hoping that I would qualify for the next round. I would have really appreciated if they could have replied me with interview feedback. Any type of feedback will be a great help for the candidates during future opportunities. I tried reaching out to the recruiter twice for the same.
