The interview process was rather straightforward and typical of the normal corporate interview. It was first started by a senior corporate recruiter in another state via telephone interview. A face-to-face interview was scheduled for about a week later at a satellite location.

It’s very simple.
A recruiter will calm you for an introduction, go over job details and answer any questions. The next step is a virtual interview with a DVP and Manager of recruitment (or whichever is available). They will ask questions based on experience, previous processes and technology used.
