It was a simple & easy interview because they are desperate to look for someone who can speak Spanish & Portuguese. It's OK if you dont have any finance background, training will be provided.
Interview process is easy and the interviewer mostly ask questions related with employee attitude and personalities . interview process is easy and relax as interviewer is friendly and gently which won’t pressure to ask a lot standard accounting question

The interview is online. There are some technical questions, and also questions regarding my past work experiences. There are three interviewers which are the managers, and they are quite friendly, but maybe i am too nervous.
Just Normal process for accountant. Book keeping, G A A p, ect. Also some personality questions, like strength, weakness. What your salary expectations and benefits requirements. Also what's your plan for your future career.
