Microsoft Teams interview of 45 min each. Went through 2 round of the process and felt like it was taken quite inefficiently and randomly. Interviewers were asking random questions and seemed like they are not prepared to take up the interview. They were not interested in any alternate solution that can be possible. Not a friendly interview. I won't even join this company even if I clear the interview as I won't like to work with such unfriendly people.
