Long to say the least, I believe I had 3 different interviews. A phone interview, a group interview, and a one on one interview. They really push AMC Stubs and as long as you're approachable and can sell AMC Stubs they'll hire you. Summer is probably the toughest time to get hired, the period when school starts again is probably the easiest.

How are you with customer service and problem solving angry customers? It wasnt bad, a lot of what would you do if type questions. I got the job eventually. And it was my favorite.

Process is fairly easy. If they're interested in your online application, they do a phone screening. If you do well on that one, they call you in to do an interview for the specific theater. Most of the questions are personality based. They do have you have you pitch AMC Stubs just to get a feel of how you'd present it to customers. Not sure why someone said people get hired on the spot as I never came across a crew member that got hired immediately, even if they were short staffed. Typically it takes a couple days before they give you a response.
