The first call was a simple HR exchange. The second round was similar to HR rounds with Business manager. No technical rounds were asked even related to experience. The time difference between the first and second round was 2 months. I had to call and mail several times to schedule an interview.

3 stages of interviews nothing special. Very easy interview, interviewers were very warm and welcoming. One piece of advice don’t waste your time creating technical document unless you are sure you want to have the job. I wasted half day creating that stupid doc expecting the salary would be right but no.
