HR didn't bother reading my CV or LinkedIn profile but still scheduled a "short phone call". The day he/she was supposed to call me, he/she texted me on LinkedIn saying he/she was 15 min late and sent me a Teams invitation instead. So, I pointed out that I agreed to a phone call, not a video call, and I suggested we reschedule as I could not do so. He/she agreed and then, out of the blue, he/she asked about my degree. Long story short: he/she found out I didn't have the qualifications he/she was looking for and ghosted me.

It was a moderate, they ask about your engineering subject knowledge if you are a fresher, and they will ask all kind of questions related to your engineering and aptitude, logical thinking, and as well as related to the role you applied for.
Simple questions based on current job, did not mention I would need to deeply interview with clients if I wanted to get a project to work on. Sort of misleading.

First interview with the PM
She can't really sure where you will work, and what project that you will work. I think even in the consultant comapny, the PM should probabaly know about which project the interviewer might have the skills to work for. She asked some questions but not really provide any details about what you will do. The max salary range is 45k, don't know how can they expect a good enginner will take the position. I didn't progress the interview since the bad experience and my current salary is 20% higher.
