Three stage interview process. First stage asking indepth about your experience. Second stage was about soft skills. I declined my third stage interview but it was described to me as being similar to the first stage but with a more senior manager and to discuss pay and benefits. It also is meant to be a bit more technical. Good experience from both interviews and sounds like a good place to gain interesting experience. However, the pay isn't good enough.
