During interviewing team leaders and managers present themselves as totally incompetent, do not know basic facts on their project, contract terms, and professional corporate language. Company's HR does not know a local labor code, first they proceed employment online, while very few days before the start date they find obstacles to commence employment and start to attack by phone calls and WhatsApp. Finally, when they force you to decline to start work with them, they send you a notification on termination by courier, while you never got a job contract from them. Their HR claims that a signed agreement for employment, a purely declarative form without a legal significance, is equivalent to a job contract. Pure fiction, they provide all the fake onboarding just to earn money for fake recruitment and fake employment.
