Entrevista
The process took three weeks. First, I received an email from a recruiter telling me some basic information about the company and if I would be interested to proceed further in an interview with them. Then, we arranged a phone call to discuss further followed by my first formal interview. As per what the interviewer told me, they were very happy with me and they would like to proceed with a second interview.
After a week on the second interview ((which once again as per what they told me they were satisfied with my soft skills and answers)) I was informed that I would get a phone call from ALTEN to arrange the third and final interview. Indeed I got the phone call on a Friday evening and ALTEN told me they would be calling me on Monday to arrange the details.
Since then, I have not heard back from them (it's more than a month) nor they have replied to my emails. Highly unprofessional attitude.
//UPDATE 11/02/22//
After so many months I was contacted once again by ALTEN explaining about an available project and if I would be available the next day so they call me and discuss further. They never came back and it's been two weeks.
Not only highly unprofessional organisation but also time wasters. I will be withdrawing my application as even if they give me a job I will not be accepting it.

I received a call from a recruiter and was I was told they were looking for someone with my profile. However, I was later told this was not the case after a quick discussion with senior management.
