I have been contacted via Linkedin in March 2017. After a phone call, I went forward to the face-to-face interview in Alten Sophia Antipolis.
Terrible experience!
First of all they asked me if I preferred French or English; I told it was pretty much the same, hence we continued in English. At the end of the interview, suprise! The HR told me that I coul not match any of their position because I did not speak French. But this was her deduction from the fact that, between French and English, I choose English for the interview.
Second: after having asked me about my profile and expectations, the HR told me that my profile has nothing to do with what they were looking for. Ok, I understand; the problem is that they had contacted me and organised the interview.
Finally, I had the impression they organize interviews just to collect data about people on the market and/or to show they are working. Honestly, I do not expect Atran to care about my time, but I have never met a company with so small consideration of its own time.
HR not serious, and if HR is the mirror of the company.....
Premiere prise de contact RH (présentation générale de son profil) puis rencontre avec le manager puis le responsable de l'agence (pour les 2 c'est un échange sur ses expeiences et plus d'informations précises sur le parcours)
Mi ha chiamato HR mi ha fissato un colloquio in smart e mi hanno fatte domande del perchè scegliere questa posizione lavorativa e come mai voglio cambiare azienda sono stati molto cordiali
First screening and then no word… Have been screened “for the first time” for different vacancies and different people. The process is always the same and they seem to not have me in their registration. Poor organisation.
