The application response was really fast. Within 7 days of applying, they scheduled a telephone interview with a business manager before that I had to fill a technisches Profil in their format. It went well. He noted down my skills and interests and also the kind of jobs I am looking for and named some of the clients for possible projects. He asked me to wait till Monday so that they will have a round table conference where they present the profile to all business units. Monday I got a call asking me to come for a personal interview in Munich with one more business manager. It was almost the carbon copy of the telephone interview. He praised my German and said most probably I will get a call next week for another interview either with the client or with a senior manager. Nevertheless, I got an email next week saying there are not projects. The contact person in Alten did not care to reply to my calls or Email later. Overall, the process went very fast and smooth.
