Got call from Alstom HR, interview was scheduled for 3 hours. First round was technical, went on for an hour . Interviewer was soft spoken but not sound technically.
Personally felt good that interview went well. Interviewer kept on asking questions on technologies which are not relevant to position for which interview was going on. After spending an hour in the interview room it was total waste of time. I do not recommend this company

Process is very clear as per the standards.Very cooperative and recruiters responded promptly for the queries. Includes two rounds with one being Technical and the other one being Manager round. Rounds usually happen for one hour.
Colloquio poco tecnico, con richieste generiche su aspettative e precedenti esp. lavorative.
In generale la sensazione è stata di attenzione alla persona nella fase conoscitiva iniziale.
