Friendly and had three people. Supervisor, Manager, and Team Lead. All took turns in asking questions. Did not get a lab tour. Had technical questions and behavioral type questions. Any problem with a supervisor? How did you handle it?

Had an initial telephone conversation then got called in for an interview. After the interview I was contacted within a week with an offer. I applied for the job online after seeing the job post and sent my cv and cover letter in.

You are invited to an interview and it is usally attended by the team leader and a senior. They will then take it in turn to ask you various questions and about your experience. You dont have to have any experience at all. As long as they think you will do and follow everything they tell you to do.
