Three rounds of interviews, one with HR, two with lawyers (varying seniority levels) including HR Partner. It was smooth, the team were very proactive in communicating throughout the process and updating me after each stage of interview.
2-3 step interview process testing skills and fit. First stage HR interview, second stage partner interview including both managing partner and department partner. kinds of questions asked include leadership, difficulty, legal knowledge, commercial awareness.
