Applied online through my school career site and also had to reach out to an internal recruiter through LinkedIn. I met with 5 people during my first interview including the CEO. I would say at least 3/5 told me how much the job would suck (they literally said that) the first year. They mentioned that once that first year was over things would get easier, but what new grad is comfortable knowing they are going to be miserable the first year after college? All they seemed to care about was picking someone who was motivated by money and was interested in a sales career. I mentioned wanting to get my MBA in a few years and they seemed completely turned off by that idea. One of the managers I met with tried to explain the commission guidelines but it wasn't all that clear. Most said I would be working 10-12 hour days and may even come in on Saturdays. I don't know how working on a Saturday can be effective when they are trying to get consultants to talk with them. I highly doubt people are waiting around on a Saturday for a call from a recruiter. The interviewers all seemed a little conceded and pompous. It was also mentioned to me several times how "hard" the position would be. I get that it is probably hard to add consultants to your book but the act of 100-150 calls a day just seems tedious not hard. They boasted that most recruiters will make around 6 figures after their second year which is certainly impressive. That is probably the part that people are drawn to. After my interview I gave all of my interviewers a call to thank them but did not ask about next steps. The biggest downfall I found is the lack of encouragement for growth. As new grads we should be looking for positions that will expand our horizons and give us new skills. This position does not seem to have any significant useful skills to add to a resume. This is definitely not a position I would like to have or a company I would like to work for.

Efficient. A few rounds. All nice people to speak with who seem to care about the conversation. There was no point in which I was left waiting for response that didn’t seem reasonable, unlike many other companies. Ultimately received an offer but declined due to more competitive remote flexibility I saw at all other sales and recruiting firms. Their model
Seems very outdated
Informal, conversational, and they really just want to see if you're the type of person that they can convince to work 80+ hours a week for minimal pay to bolster the portfolios of the account executives.

I enjoyed the interview process because I met with 3 people separately for 30 minutes. Although at the end I found myself running out of things to say and feeling repetitive .
