Consists of three rounds. An initial phone call followed by a virtual interview. You meet with three managers in various role who ask you questions about yourself. They like to interview to find the best personal characteristics that match them over past business experience. The third round was the same as the virtual but in person. This was more conversation based and a chance to see the ALKU work.
