Pretty straight-forward. Applied through a University then met recruiters at a Career Fair. They asked me to come in for an interview at their office in the next couple of weeks. Went in and did a series of 4 interviews with members of their staff ranging from managers to people in the role I was applying for as well as the CEO. Overall a good experience. Up to candidates to tell the company if they want to proceed with the hiring process.

Efficient. A few rounds. All nice people to speak with who seem to care about the conversation. There was no point in which I was left waiting for response that didn’t seem reasonable, unlike many other companies. Ultimately received an offer but declined due to more competitive remote flexibility I saw at all other sales and recruiting firms. Their model
Seems very outdated
Informal, conversational, and they really just want to see if you're the type of person that they can convince to work 80+ hours a week for minimal pay to bolster the portfolios of the account executives.

I enjoyed the interview process because I met with 3 people separately for 30 minutes. Although at the end I found myself running out of things to say and feeling repetitive .
