I had a phone screening and got set up for an interview, i met with 3 managers during my on site interview. I could tell right of the bat these people are looking for money hungry candidates. They require you to work 8:30-6:30 for 3 days and 8:30 - 7:30 for 2 days during your first year. The interview was very informational, they let you know that you will be making about 250 calls a day and maybe only 10 people will pick up.. This job is not for everyone just based on the interview itself.

What motivates you? you should probably say money if you want the job
Aggressively force you into signing their agreement. Was forced to sign my offer letter on the spot.
The interview is incredibly easy at is it not hard to get a job here. Having a job here really is one of the easiest things to do. They do not have a high threshold for hiring.

Only seemed concerned in where else I was interviewing because they need me to accept.
It was very fast-paced and the lead recruiter is automatically very invested. Unlike other interviews I've had, my campus recruiter was calling me almost every week through the process until the offer was secured.

Entrevista
Very smooth process and amazing people that are very considerate and form a strong connection. They were never late to a single interview and will always follow up and respond very quickly when you have questions.
