The interview process was straightforward and typical. However, there was a disconnect between the job role and my skillset. I applied for a developer position using certain languages, but interviewed for some I was completely unfamiliar with. The interviewer also wanted to know a little about my Linux knowledge. I got lucky on the Linux questions he asked. The interview would have been a piece of cake if I interviewed on the position I applied for.
