The company conducted fictitious recruitment using an intermediary company. Despite the seemingly positive impressions, it ultimately turned out that the entire process was organized to transfer the employee INTERNALLY to the position covered by the recruitment. Why organize external recruitment in such a situation? It was also very embarrassing that the HR representatives promised feedback and didn't even respond. I only found out about the end of the recruitment process thanks to an intermediary. So I do not recommend wasting time on offers from this company because they may turn out to be a scam.
