Pretty straightforwards, they asked me about some basic technical and motivational questions. Didn't really prepare very well so I don't think I'll get it, but it seemed pretty straightforwards. Hope I get a bit better in the future
I was invited to a group interview where we walked around the store and toured the backroom where products are loaded and stocked. This was followed by an individual interview with the store manager.

How do you approach team building and teamwork? How would you handle a difficult situation? How do you define customer service? Where do you see yourself in five years? Is the customer always right?
Group interview, 26 people at the same store. 35 were invited to attend. Store tour and overview. Waited as they called us randomly for a quick 3-5 min interview. Took about 90 mins.

Entrevista
It was a basic one on one interview where the manager went over the basics of the job and I concurred I had experience in all of the shelve stocking and customer service aspects of the job from my time as a Produce clerk. It lasted about 10 minutes and then I was asked to leave.
