Supper unprofessional company.
As I described there will be 3 stages:
1. Some interview
2. External test
3. Onsite interview
I passed 2 steps. They disappeared for a couple of weeks. Then suddenly HR called and said I was invited to 3rd (onsite), we arranged dates and I needed to buy tickets. So I bought tickets. And the day before the flight they told me something happened and canceled the interview. In a week or so we scheduled new dates for the onsite. I bought new tickets.
HR calls me saying that the interview was canceled AGAIN (now the reason that they picked another candidate). Of course, I won't be surprised if I won't get money for the tickets from this 'company'.
But I can only imagine what chaos is happening there.
All was good, quick and efficient. I had to attend two rounds of interview. Second round was with regional manager. Had to answer several professional questions and they were really keen on understanding my past experience. It was a good experience.

Ich habe online beworben und innerhalb 1 Woche kam eine Einladung zum Telefoninterview. Bevor Telefoninterview hat er HR Mitarbeiter kaum mein CV angeschaut. Erst im Telefoninterview hat er festgestellt, dass ich keine SAP Erfahrung habe. Aber das habe ich doch genau in mein CV geschrieben. Diese Zeichen von HR hat mir irritiert. Falsche Hoffnung. Zeit Verschwendung. Danach hatte ich eine Ansage erhalten. Der HR war gar nicht über mein CV informiert, aber trotzdem hat er mir eine Einladung zum Telefoninterview geschickt.
