First interview with HR then passed to department manager in second interview. Seems to have great benefits and cares about employee retention. HR willing to answer questions, good employer branding. However did not ultimately get offer as they seem to be looking for someone with more experience managing a bigger team.

Group interview eith 30 peope & then you have a 1 on 1 with the manager that last 5 minutes. You basicly stand in the front of the store until your name is called. The other thing is they had 3 different sessions & they are only hiring 1 person.

series of interviews before a store experience. Basic numerical testing before interview questions as a group around what they think Aldi's role is etc. After that its a one on one interview followed by a store experience where you get the chance to ask any questions
