Started off with overly wordy online application which asked all sorts of pointless questions. After this the next step was an online verbal, numerical and diagrammatic reasoning test, which was relatively simple. Then it's the video interview which I got up to. There were a series of questions (about 10) which were written in text on screen, you have about 10 seconds to read it and come up with an answer before it starts automatically recording on webcam.

Tell us something interesting about Aldi that you've found
One on one call with recruiter, followed by an online interview with recruiter. Then an in person group interview with around 20 others where we did individual challenges and group tasks
prima chiamata telefonica e poi colloquio con HR conoscitivo. Tutto bene, non è entrati in aspetti tecnici della posizione. essendo un ruolo pesante hanno testato principalmente la motivazione e disponibilità a trasferimenti anche in aree remote.

Multiple stages of the graduate scheme: SJT, Standard Interview Questions, Assessment Centre, Final Interview Stage. Typically final interview stage is more a personality fit check as opposed to anything else.
