The interview was scheduled for a Tuesday august 29th at 1030 a.m. interviewer never called, and 4 hours later reached out about how i scheduling an interview at a time that was not available but it was there calendar that i used to schedule that the time slot was open, and asked to reschedule at a later date Thursday august 31st at 2:30 p.m and never called and i reached out 40 minutes after the interview time to query about if the interview was still going forward and have not gotten a response as yet, very UN-professional, and did not respect my time and the interviewer has sabotaged my chances of landing this job which is very upsetting.
Quick initial interview, 20 minutes, not very deep but see if qualifications are met. If they are met, you have a good chance of going to the next stage of the interview process.

It was a pre recorded interview which was strange especially given that you are reading a question and then reciting your answer. Much prefer a virtual meeting where you are talking to the hiring manager
