Assessment Centre
The Assessment Centre consisted of a presentation, group discussion and group exercise/presentation.
The AC begins beforehand where you are asked to do a store walk. Note down absolutely everything you can.
On the day itself, we were given 10 minutes to prepare a presentation on a particular element of the store walk. Each candidate was given a topic and these were:
-stock range (exclusing special buys)
-special buys
-store layout
-tills
-staff
Before giving the presentation, we were asked to prepare a second presentation. We were given CVs of different candidates and asked to assess who we thought as the best person to get involved in a fictitious new project. In this time, we had to prepare a one minute presentation to the rest of the group on who we thought should be seleced. Again we did not deliver this presentation straight away.
With the preparation out of the way, we began the more interactive part of the day, which went as follows:
1. The assessor asked us to introduce each of ourselves, including a little about our work history and interests.
2. A group discussion on what we knew about Aldi. Make sure you have researched the company well.
3. Presentation on your topic following the store walk.
4. Minute presentation on who should get the fictitious job role.
5. Group discussion on who should get the fictitious role.
6. Group presentation on who should get the fictitious role and why.
7. Note down who you believe the strongest candidate in the room is and then immediately leave the room as the day is over.

The presentation on the store walkabout was pretty tough as there wasn't a lot of guidance on this - I hope the above topics help!
Other than the above, there weren't any specific questions. Be ware though, you will not have a clock or any way to time keep during your presentation. You will be asked further questions following your presentation, particularly if it doesn't fill the three minutes.
One on one call with recruiter, followed by an online interview with recruiter. Then an in person group interview with around 20 others where we did individual challenges and group tasks
prima chiamata telefonica e poi colloquio con HR conoscitivo. Tutto bene, non è entrati in aspetti tecnici della posizione. essendo un ruolo pesante hanno testato principalmente la motivazione e disponibilità a trasferimenti anche in aree remote.

Multiple stages of the graduate scheme: SJT, Standard Interview Questions, Assessment Centre, Final Interview Stage. Typically final interview stage is more a personality fit check as opposed to anything else.
