Quick process, efficient interview (2 stage) and I was able to speak with the main hiring managers. First stage was application form with competency questions (written). Second stage was video interview with two hiring managers. They got back to me quickly.

Competency questions and specific scenario questions (operational and supply chain based)
There were 5 rounds, it was a very long process. However, the interviews were extremely difficult. If you are able to articulate well and convey what kind of character you have you’ll be fine.
One way, quick fire, only allowed one attempt to answer each question, there was about five, some gave very little time to prepare for example only 30 seconds to talk about your own skills
Was very quick, I was given around thirty to sixty seconds to prepare and only 30 to 60 seconds to answer with no retake and wasn't expecting some questions, asked about myself, Aldi, setbacks, team working
