Horrible process. Think twice before applying as it’s a waste of time. Over 1 month consisting of 5 interview stages just to get a generic email with no feedback at all. 1st stage is multiple choice questions online. 2nd stage is loads of questions including about why you want to work for Aldi. 3rd stage is a pre recorded video - competency questions- took half an hour. 4th stage is a group assessment which was 2 hours long! As well as a 5 minuet presentation which you have to present to the two recruiters and the group. 5th stage- final interview stage is an hour long where you are thoroughly questioned about your current role and why you want the job. Questions like give an example where you have shown integrity. An example of a negative comment and how you have dealt with it. Extremely corporate process and company. Was seriously doubting even wanting to work for Aldi after the Group Assessment.
A very thorough interview process, had to do mental arithmatic and english tests and then a group assessment day with multiple tasks including a role play task and small presentation.
I applied for a position and got contacted for another one that wasn't published on their website, I didn't get a description of the job with all the responsibilities etc. they only sent the perks of working with aldi. I had a phone interview with the HR and then an interview with the team leader and HR.
