Entrevista
It was overall a good experience. It took a bit less than 3 weeks: online application, online assessment, short video assessment, interview in a shop, where first you have your talk and then are walked around the shop (usually it starts with a group interview, but because of COVID it's individual straight away). Then you should wait for an answer: conditional offer or rejection; it came literally next day, while they said in may take 2-4 days. If you are successful and agreed the offer, you will get your contract in a next few weeks after taking the offer. The rest depends on location, if the store is new etc. They inform you about all time-frames in advance during your interview so you can decide straight away if that's fine for you.
The whole process was automated, interview was nice and polite if you know what to expect and understand how you will be treated in retail and ALDI. If you understand their values and are hard working plus know that that's a physically demanding job, everything will be fine, I suppose.

you will go through an online application (test and video) and in-person interview. the video interview was limited in time, which I didn't passed. They sent a request to finish everything I had to say so they could evaluate me
