Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en ALDI (Bristol, Inglaterra) en feb 2021
Entrevista
The first thing to point out is; I applied to an advert which stated a specific post code, however at the interview thy told me that they were recruiting for multiple stores and if successful might be placed somewhere else.
Over all Do not apply unless you REALLY want to work at Aldi; their whole process is there to weed out people who are not commited. Also the whole process is so long winded that you'd just be wasting your time job hunting if you are not committed.
I applied online, with an application form that included some personality test questions, some basic maths and some scenario multiple choice to see if you are the right fit.
Then I was asked to do a video interview: this is 4 questions which you get a limited time to answer. I think the main thing here is to show enthusiasm and to present yourself well.
Finally I was asked to an interview in an Aldi store 8 miles away from the store I was applying to. As I don't drive this involved a 15 minute train ride and a half hour walk each way.
I arrived at the store a little early, found someone to tell me where I should go and they showed me into the staff room to wait. They came back to tell me there would be a a 15 to 20 minute wait. 40 minutes later I was still waiting, went to find someone and they showed me to a completely different part of the building where the interviewers had been waiting for me! They did appologise for the miscommunication. The area manager for my area was then unable to sit in because they were on the phone to someone.
The interview itself was quite hard, with follow up questions, so they really picked apart my responses.
If I had been successful at that stage then the next stage would have been a Aldi experience day or trial shift to everyone else.

Started as a group where we were educated on the history and benefits about working at ALDI, and were asked what we think working at ALDI is like. Seemed like a good company with fair pay. The individual interview itself only asked availability.
I was first givwn the opportunity to join a group assessment, which I passed. I was then asked to attend a face-to-face interview, in-store but the manager did not come into work that day and I was asked to rearrange the interview after waiting for over an hour. Another applicant also turned uo and waited 30 minutes after I arrived
It is an online interview section where you are asked a question then you record and send. Best you use an iPhone you can several times and send the best
