first was a video interview - easy
then followed by a interview with the hiring manager - around 40 minutes ( also made me do a math test)
Then if i was successful another brief 15 minute interview with the store manager

It was short and sweet, they sent me a email to book a time to have a phone call with them and a week later I had my interview. I just answered some questions they asked me and said I would get a email reply if I went to the next stage

Was overly complicated and too many stages, online test x2 and a recorded interview. Application itself is very tedious and is not very friendly to new users. Apparently you need to know someone already in ALDI to work at there stores.

Call interview. Got an email to schedule a time for a call interview and passed it.
Still need to do a Store interview (which I was told would be the final interview).
