Applied online and was contacted via post about 2 weeks later. Required to respond to invitation by phonecall either confirming or declining your invite. 1st Interview was a group interview. Lasted about 3 hours. -Introducting yourself to the rest of the group -Survivial exercise ("You are ship-wrecked on an island, which of the following items are most important?") -Group survival exercise (As above, only the group must agree unanimously) -Debate -Aptitude Tests -Q&A session Invited back for a second round interview. One-to-One interview -Required to complete an online personality test prior to the interview -They look for drive, ambition, confidence and leadership. NOT creativity. -I feel that it was the personality test that let me down -Lack of ambition was brought up throughout the one-on-one interview -Not a typical interview in that I was asked to tell about myself all the way from primary school and about my family. Was not invited for the third and final interview.
