It is a very simple process. Candidates do an initial phone screen, then come in for a face to face interview. It is an easy, casual interview. There is an occasional second interview, but it just depends.

Heard back from their HR person within a few days...Had an initial phone screen with the HR person, was asked to come in for an interview with just the HR person, then came back for the final interview with the president. The whole process lasted roughly a month.
