A 2-day on-site Superday interview, with coding challenge on the first day, and review of the coding challenge, CS question and behavioral interview on the second day. Interviewers are very friendly and the schedule is reasonable.

All the interviewers I talked to were disinterested to a point where they were downright rude. With trading being a competitive industry, if they can't even find interviewers with a hint of enthusiasm for their company I'm not sure how they can convince anyone to join them.
OAs are tough, but if you can get most of the tests to pass you'll get a phone screen I think. It might take a long time to schedule, but phone screens have coding (not LC) or just CS fundamentals trivia depending on the team.
